Former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson hasn't participated in a licensed bout in roughly 15 years, but the 53-year-old is back in shape and prepared to avenge a pair of defeats from the 1990s.
Tyson spoke with TMZ Live about the possibility of facing 57-year-old Evander Holyfield in a bout that would raise funds for charitable organizations:
"That would be awesome for charity," Tyson explained about facing his former foe in the squared circle.
"I'm in good shape, I feel really good."
Tyson went on to credit stem cell therapy for his return to "The Baddest Man on the Planet" form and his top-tier physical conditioning.
"Hey, listen, there are a lot of people out there that need help," Tyson said of those affected by the coronavirus pandemic, "and something like (a charity fight between Tyson and Holyfield) could help a lot of people, that's in need for help."
As noted by TMZ earlier this month, Holyfield is also in boxing shape and willing to meet Tyson for an exhibition contest:
