Duke beats Arkansas, advances to Mike Krzyzewski's record 13th Final Four

Legendary Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski's last dance will continue for at least one more game.

The No. 2 Duke Blue Devils advanced to the Final Four Saturday night, defeating the No. 4 Arkansas Razorbacks, 78-69, in the West Regional final.

Duke took control from the jump Friday night, leading 45-33 at halftime. Arkansas cut the Blue Devils' lead to five with just over 13 minutes to go, but Duke pulled back in front, holding the Razorbacks scoreless for the next 3:16 of the second half while increasing the lead to 15 at 63-48.

Four Blue Devils finished in double figures. Forward A.J. Griffin had a team-high 18 points shooting 7-of-9 from the field. Paolo Banchero finished with 16 points, Wendell Moore Jr. had 14 points and Mark Williams finished with 12 points.

Arkansas' Jaylin Williams led all scorers with 19 points on 8-of-17 shooting, with 10 rebounds, three assists and two steals. Meanwhile, Stanley Umude and J.D. Notae finished with 14 points apiece for the Razorbacks.

The Blue Devils move on to the Final Four for the 17th time in program history and a record 13th time under Krzyzewski.

Next week in New Orleans, Duke will face the winner of Sunday's Elite Eight matchup between No. 8 North Carolina and No. 15 Saint Peter's.
