Auburn EDGE Derick Hall has made the most out of his trip to the Senior Bowl thus far, showing out in practices and holding his own in one-on-one drills.
Matt Miller of The Draft Scout recently released his 10 winners of the Senior Bowl ($), listing Hall at No. 8.
Here's what Miller had to say about Hall:
"Hall started the week off well measuring in at 6’3 1/2” and 241 pounds—both great numbers for him. He’s a true stand-up rusher who will want to play in space to use his length and speed to beat NFL tackles. He’s a late first-rounder who might slip to the early second round, but not much farther."
Derick Hall recorded 146 tackles, 29.5 TFL, and 19.5 sacks over the course of his four-year Auburn career. Ian Cummings of Pro Football Network has mocked Hall to the Los Angeles Chargers in round two of the NFL Draft at pick No. 54.
With a strong NFL Combine showing Hall could easily sneak into round one of the draft, which won't be surprising considering how strongly he finished his time on the Plains.
