Chrissy Teigen comments on Kim and Kanye's split: 'I know Kim gave her all'

Chrissy Teigen came to her friend's defense during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

Two fans virtually joined the show to ask the 35-year-old model and entrepreneur a three-pronged question. What is the status of her husband's friendship with Kanye West? Have they spoken since news broke that Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kanye? And, finally, how is Kim doing?

"I will say I have definitely been in touch with Kim more than John has been in touch with Kanye," Teigen said, of course referencing her husband of nearly eight years. "If anyone knows Kanye, it's that he goes off the grid. It's hard to ever contact Kanye. Kim is doing OK. I know Kim gave her all for everything."

The Cravings author continued: "It's honestly a shame that it didn't work out because I saw them being a forever relationship—I really did—but I know she tried her best."
