Khloe Kardashian admits she was the saddest about 'KUWTK' ending: 'I don't like change'

The Kardashians have almost successfully been kept up with as the 20th and final season of the seminal reality show is currently airing on E!, but Khloe Kardashian wasn't totally ready to let go of Keeping Up With The Kardashians

"It's definitely really bittersweet," the 36-year-old on Thursday's episode of The Drew Barrymore Show. " Doing the show for 20 seasons and, I think, 11 different spinoffs, it was such a blessing and an honor to do. But having that chapter be closed, I don't like change, so for me, I took it the hardest that we were stopping it. But I think it we needed to just close that chapter in a way where we're deciding to instead of people deciding for us."

Kim and Kris have also discussed how they're processing the end of an era:

The final season premiered March 18, and the second episode aired Thursday night. In it, Khloe's on-and-off relationship with Boston Celtics center/forward Tristan Thompson, with whom she has nearly three-year-old daughter True, as well as Kim's dissolving marriage with Kanye West are primary storylines.

At the time this season was filmed, Kim and Kanye were still married—Kim was stressing over Kanye's most recent unhinged Twitter rant in this episode—but Kim reportedly filed for divorce in February.

KUWTK  was created by Ryan Seacrest and Eliot Goldberg then debuted in 2006. It originally centered around Kris and her then-husband Bruce Jenner (who has since transitioned and now identifies as Caitlyn) and their blended family: Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, Rob, Kendall and Kylie.

Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, Rob and Kylie have since had a combined 10 children. Kendall is the only one who hasn't yet become a parent, but she expressed baby fever in the latest episode.

Overall, the Kardashian-Jenner clan has evolved in more ways than can be described here.

KUWTK will air its remaining episodes every Thursday at 8 p.m. EST on E!
