Prince Harry, Meghan Markle share first photo of daughter Lilibet

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, sent their holiday card out to the world Thursday (Dec. 23).

The family photo is the first glimpse the public has gotten at the couple's daughter, Lilibet Diana, born June 4:

It's also notable (and even more adorable) that two-year-old Archie has a head full of red hair just like Harry.

Accompanying the photo is this message: "This year, 2021, we welcomed our daughter, Lilibet, to the world. Archie made us a 'Mama' and a 'Papa,' and Lili made us a family. As we look forward to 2022, we have made donations on your behalf to several organizations that honor and protect families—from those being relocated from Afghanistan, to American families in need of paid parental leave."

As for the photo being housed on Team Rubicon's website, a spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess told People

"The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had the opportunity to connect with Team Rubicon earlier this year during their visit to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. They were moved by Task Force Liberty, home to 10,000 Afghan refugees, and their donation will support resettlement sites like TF Liberty across the country, particularly as they find permanent homes for Afghan refugees in 2022. In addition to focusing on Afghan resettlement, we are also making contributions to organizations supporting families through paid leave, something The Duchess of Sussex has previously noted is a humanitarian issue that she believes must be urgently addressed in the United States."

The donations came through the couple's Archewell Foundation.

As they revealed during their bombshell CBS prime time interview with Oprah Winfrey this March, Harry and Meghan are not planning on having any more children after Lilibet, who is named after Queen Elizabeth II and the late Princess Diana.
