The Arizona Diamondbacks are staying on the road to take on the New York Mets in a four game set with a 4:40 first pitch on Monday. Arizona is coming off of a series win against the Chicago Cubs.
Zach Davies will be on the bump tomorrow evening for the Diamondbacks, going up against Jose Quintana of the Mets. Davies has been a little inconsistent over his last five outings. In three of Davies last five starts he held his own and pitched well, in the other two he was knocked around a little. Davies does however, have some lines that I particularly like for tomorrows game. The line for Davies strikeouts is currently at 3.5, to go over that it is +110. Davies has gone over that mark in three of his previous five starts. I also like the over on 4.5 hits allowed from Davies, when Davies pitches well, he allows at least four hits. In three of his last five outings he has went over the 4.5 mark, at +100 I like it.
The Diamondbacks are currently the underdogs to win the game, with a money line at +120. Arizona is coming off of a massive series win against the Chicago Cubs where they were dominate throughout the series. The Diamondbacks are 4-1 over their last five ball games. On the other hand, the Mets have lost three of their last five ball games.
For the first inning to go under 0.5 runs is currently at +115, and with two guys that are very capable of shutting teams down, I like it.
With Jose Quintana taking the bump, I really like the Diamondbacks right hand dominate line up. Lourdes Gurriel Jr has been hitting the baseball well recently and for him to go over 1.5 total bases is at +135. I like the over on that.
All of the line I use can be found on Draftkings, let’s go win some money.
