Lakers Injury Report: At Least One Denver Starter Will Sit Out Vs LA
Isaiah J. Downing-USA TODAY Sports

Denver Nuggets starting shooting guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, who memorably was also a starter on your Los Angeles Lakers' 2020 title team, will miss tonight's matchup against the Lakers tonight due to personal reasons, according to Jovan Buha of The Athletic.

Justin Holiday, an LA native with a nasty (in a good way) jumper, seems like the probable substitution choice for Denver here.

Buha adds that starting Nuggets point guard Jamal Murray, who left the club's 103-97 victory over the Miami Heat Thursday (in a nationally broadcast NBA Finals rematch) after suffering an ankle injury, remains a game-time decision to suit up.
