Score Predictions for Hornets vs. Knicks
USA TODAY Sports

James Plowright: Knicks 128, Hornets 111.

The Knicks stomped on Charlotte earlier this week and I think it could be more of the same. Yes, Miller and Bridges are back but Charlotte have lost Nick Richards due to concussion against the Knicks physical front court. Combine this with the Hornets coming off a back to back and I think it will be more of the same.

Prediction record: 5-2.

Will Eudy: Knicks 119, Hornets 110.

Second night of a back to back is never easy, and Charlotte finds themselves with yet another difficult game at home. After hanging with Milwaukee for the better part of three quarters, the Hornets’ defense faltered down the stretch while the Bucks ran away with the game. Without Nick Richards in the rotation, it will be hard for them to bounce back against the Knicks.

Prediction record: 4-3.

Atticus Ferguson: Hornets 123, Knicks 115.

Call me crazy, but I’m going back to the well and picking the Hornets to win again, despite my better judgement. Look for Gordon Hayward to be the X factor tonight after a dreadful shooting performance on night one of this back-to-back. I’ll take Miles to have another strong perforce offensively, and for Brandon Miller’s 3 point shot to fall as well. Hornets win and stop their losing skid, for now.

Prediction record: 4-1.
