Former USC men's basketball forward Drew Peterson, now a two-way rookie for the Boston Celtics, notched the first NBA points of his pro career in a dominant 145-108 road defeat of the Los Angeles Clippers Saturday.

In 2:33 off the bench during garbage time, Peterson went 1-of-1 from the floor with this triple:

After the 6'9" big man went undrafted this summer, he inked a two-way deal with the best club in the Eastern Conference. Across his four G League contests for the Maine Celtics, he's averaging 12 points on .447/.316/1.000 shooting splits, 4.3 rebounds, three assists and 0.5 steals.
