On Friday afternoon, the Chicago Bears released their injury report. Unfortunately, rookie receiver Velus Jones Jr. did not practice again after missing Thursday's practice.
The Bears' fullback, Khari Blasingame, did not practice on Thursday either due to personal reasons. But he returned to practice on Friday. Finally, offensive lineman, Riley Reiff, returned to practice in full after dealing with a shoulder injury.
The game status for the three aforementioned players is still uncertain. Although, it's looking even more doubtful now that Velus Jones Jr. misses his second straight game and his NFL debut is on hold for at least another week.
On Saturday afternoon, the Chicago Bears announced they elevated offensive lineman Dieter Eiselen to the active roster. This is the second week straight the Bears have brought Dieter Eiselen to the active roster.

The 26-year-old didn't see any snaps in the week one win against the 49ers but he might get some this week in Green Bay. With the way the Bears utilized a rotation offensive line so far, it wouldn't be surprising to see another hodgepodge against a solid Packers defense on Sunday Night Football.
