Chiefs' Damien Williams robbed at LA Airbnb

This is a rather weird story, and it almost feels like a setup. Kansas City Chiefs running back Damien Williams was robbed at an Airbnb in Los Angeles, according to TMZ Sports.

Although he was not hurt in the incident, the suspects made off with $1,000 in cash and had no weapons on them... they only demanded money.

The suspects broke into the property through a back door, demanded money, and fled the scene once they got it.

Unfortunately, the LAPD has yet to find the suspects, but Williams and the other people in the house at the time of the incident were probably just happy they were unharmed.

Williams tallied 498 yards and five touchdowns in 2019 and added two touchdowns in the Super Bowl against the San Francisco 49ers.

While there's no clarity on the NFL season beginning, it's no surprise Williams is hanging out in Los Angeles.
