Watch: Bills RB Latavius Murray Punches in TD After Broncos Fumble

After calling a players-only meeting earlier in the week, Buffalo Bills veteran running back Latavius Murray is scoring touchdowns in Monday night's matchup with the Denver Broncos at Highmark Stadium.

He punched in a three-yard score with 6:42 in the third quarter to tie the game at 15-15.

The Bills got into scoring position thanks to a forced fumble from cornerback Taron Johnson on Broncos receiver Courtland Sutton. Newly-acquired Buffalo defensive back Rasul Douglas recovered to set the Bills up near midfield.

After the score, Murray's stat line for the game at that point was eight carries for 62 yards against a solid Denver defense. This already marks his season-high for rushing yards.

Murray talked about initiating the players-only meeting when speaking to the media earlier in the week.

"Something I initiated ... talked about some things and see how us, as an offense, can make a difference," Murray said, per 13WHAM Rochester. " ... We can play and beat anybody. A lot of times, It's getting redundant but it's us beating ourselves. So how can we avoid that?

"Those guys know I'm coming from a sincere place of us just trying to communicate, trying to figure out what we can do to be better, what we can control as players," Murray said.

Headed into Monday, Murray had 42 carries for 147 yards and two touchdowns this season.

The Bills and Broncos remain tied at 15-15 as the fourth quarter begins.
