At 5-foot-10 and a mere 185 pounds, Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Hunter Renfrow is accustomed to being hit hard by larger players on the football field. It’s actually been a point of contention during the early stages of the 2021 NFL season.
Apparently, the former Clemson standout opted to take his frustration out on Los Angeles Chargers cornerback Tevaughn Campbell during their “Monday Night Football” game.
Let us explain.
Los Angeles opted for a fake punt up 7-0 toward the end of the first quarter. Punter Ty Long threw an absolutely perfect ball to Campbell. Unfortunately for the Chargers, Renfrow decided to use this opportunity to absolutely lay some wood. We’re not joking.

That’s not something we see from a wide receiver every day around the NFL, especially when we’re talking about a dude that stands at just 5-foot-10.
In his third season out of Clemson, Renfrow continues to produce in nearly every aspect of the game for the undefeated Raiders. He entered Monday’s game having caught 16-of-22 targets for 204 yards and a touchdown in three games. Renfrow has now made his name known as a gunner. Special stuff!
