Watch: Julian Edelman called Bill Belichick 'grandpa' after Super Bowl LIII

In the aftermath of winning Super Bowl LIII as players, coaches and their families celebrated on the field in Atlanta, Julian Edelman once again did something legendary.

He called Bill Belichick “grandpa” before quickly changing course.

The entire short video put together by NFL Films was just amazing. Belichick’s pure joy comes through in such a tangible way, which is absolutely a huge step away from the norm. Clearly, the gravity of winning another title was felt by all on that sideline.

And all the joy that they felt on Super Bowl Sunday was certainly still heavy in the air on Tuesday as the team and its fans bonded during the incredible parade in Boston.

Six championships in 17 years. Truly legendary.
