The 18-year-old netminder continues to have an outstanding season for the Fargo Force (USHL), and improved his record to 10-0-0, making 15 saves on 16 shots faced in his lone appearance of the week. The Force won that game over the Sioux City Musketeers, 4-1. For the season, Slukynsky leads the USHL in goals against average (1.48), save percentage (.928), and shutouts (3) among both rookie and qualified goalies. His 10 wins also lead all rookies. Slukynsky is committed to playing for Northern Michigan University at the collegiate level next season.
