Chelsea defender Axel Disasi admits that everyone in the dressing room is pulling for each other.

The Blues have been stringing together positive results in recent weeks, despite the Carabao Cup final loss to Liverpool.

Disasi prefers to ignore all the noise from the outside about the squad or manager Mauricio Pochettino's future.

He stated after a win over Newcastle United: In training, we work like this with Marc, Trev and Malo.

We were prepared to play well together and I think it was good together. We need to improve again, but I think we are on the right way.

It is the perfect birthday for me. The team played well.

We stayed together until the end and I'm really happy after this game and now I will enjoy it with my family."
