Roma coach Daniele De Rossi raged at Diego Llorente last night and according to Sky Sport Italia, the Italian tactician shouted at his defender: ‘You have to tell me, not me!’

De Rossi was visibly angry with Roma defender Llorente at minute 71 last night when the Spanish centre-back approached him to ask a question.

Llorente, who is on loan at the Stadio Olimpico from Leeds United, touched his wrist and according to Sky Sport Italia, he probably asked De Rossi when Edoardo Bove was supposed to be subbed off.

De Rossi didn’t take it well at all and urged Llorente to ask Bove and not him: ‘You have to tell me, not me!’ shouted De Rossi.

Llorente seemed intimidated by his coach’s reaction and immediately sprinted back onto the pitch.

Sky Sport Italia describes De Rossi’s reaction as ‘angry, hilarious’ and ‘epic.’

The Italian tactician has now won 12 games from 17 at the Stadio Olimpico and the club owners have confirmed that he will remain in charge in 2024-25.
