Bobby Lashley: If The Rock Is In The Royal Rumble, I Will Throw Him Out

Bobby Lashley issues a warning to The Rock.

The Rock returned at WWE RAW: Day One, and fans continue to speculate about a potential match between the megastar and Roman Reigns.

Speaking with Riju Dasgupta for Sportskeeda WrestleBinge, Bobby Lashley was asked about The Rock’s return and whether he thinks “The Great One” could be in the Royal Rumble match.

“That was incredible,” Bobby Lashley said. “I mean, it’s The Rock. Probably one of the biggest names in everything right now. So when he comes back, that always brings a tremendous amount of views. You know what, anybody that wants to take a step to the next level, take him out. If he comes in and I have an opportunity to throw him out, I will throw him out.

“Anything that he has, you have the ability to take from him if you take him out. So I mean, [if] he is in, it’s not gonna be a cakewalk for him.”

Bobby Lashley On The Rock Potentially Competing In Royal Rumble

Bobby Lashley went on to note how it can be hard to beat some of the great stars in the business, as they draw a lot of energy from the crowd. He reiterated that The Rock being in the Royal Rumble would be awesome, but he’d be willing to take him out.

“I mean, of course, we have so many great superstars in this business that were former world champions, and then just having that huge name and that huge fan base, it’s gonna be hard to beat a lot of the guys in there because that’s the energy that they get,” Bobby Lashley said. “They get it from the crowd.

“If you’re running out and people give you an ovation like they’re gonna give Rock, man, you could move mountains in that case. So that would be awesome, for him coming in. But of course, I’d be one willing to take him out if I had that opportunity.”
