Jeff Jarrett has officially confirmed that he's returned to WWE in an executive position.

On the latest episode of his "My World" podcast, Jarrett confirmed that he's been hired as WWE's new senior vice president of live events. PWInsider first reported last week that Jarrett was back with WWE in a "high-level" executive role on the live events side of the business.

“As you know me, Conrad [Thompson], I’m a personal guy and I’ll leave it personal for that matter. It’s kind of what’s been stated out there, SVP [of] live events," Jarrett said. "You know as well as anybody, my passion is in live events. But I’ll just kind of leave that right there. It’s gonna be a journey that I’m excited about, but, as it all comes together, you know what this means don’t you? I am so ready for year two [of 'My World'], let’s rock Conrad.”

Thompson stated that "My World" will still be released every Tuesday and things are business as usual for the podcast.

Jarrett was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018. The next year, Jarrett returned to WWE as a producer and also went on to be part of the creative team. He departed WWE in 2021.

Jarrett made a cameo appearance on WWE television when SmackDown was in Nashville this January. He'll be the guest on the episode of Steve Austin's Broken Skull Sessions that premieres on Peacock/WWE Network this Friday.
