The New Day Would Love To See The Young Bucks Appear In Tonight’s Royal Rumble

Kofi Kingston of The New Day doesn’t mix words when it comes to what surprises he would like to see in tonight’s Royal Rumble match.

The New Day recently took part in a WWE Community Event and answered questions from the media. When asked what surprises they would like to see in the Royal Rumble this weekend, Kofi Kingston name-dropped All Elite Wrestling‘s Matthew and Nicholas Jackson, The Young Bucks.

“I don’t want to give a cop-out answer; there’s just so many possibilities. We’ve always wanted to have matches with The Young Bucks,” Kofi Kingston said. “We’ve said that before. We say it all the time! They opened the door; they let Mickie James come here from TNA last year, not me! So I can talk about [The Young Bucks].”

Xavier Woods also spoke about when The New Day played The Elite in Street Fighter a few years back at E3 in 2018.

“We played Street Fighter against them boys, Kenny and The Young Bucks,” Xavier Woods chimed in. “So I feel like we’re always starting the fire.”
